In 2020, Enduride was the least profitable business unit of the M7 Group. A culture of blame and a low level of engagement hindered any continuous improvement initiatives. To turn the situation around, the factory was chosen as a pilot site to implement the Toyota culture and deploy the digital Andon system.

The Andon system is an intelligent platform that signals any interruption in real-time thanks to visual and audible alerts integrated into the workshop. Stops become immediately visible, assistance is triggered quickly, and alerts are centralized to guide analysis and improve global performance.
