Your role
You’ll be the driving force behind marketing performance at the crossroads of strategy, data, and technology.
Your mandate: plan, execute, and measure marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth, while ensuring brand consistency and seamless collaboration between internal teams (sales, technical, field).
This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Enjoys both creating campaigns and testing hypotheses
- Understands technical concepts and can translate them into clear, visual messages
- Masters “classic” marketing (content, branding, media, email)
- And loves the growth side: automation, analytics, AI, performance
Key responsibilities
Strategy & campaigns
- Develop and coordinate the annual marketing plan, aligned with commercial priorities and product launches
- Understand needs and requests from technical teams and turn them into clear, impactful campaigns
- Plan and track marketing projects (campaigns, events, content, collaborations) with a structured and rigorous approach
Content & execution
- Design and produce high-value marketing content: product sheets, client presentations, field visuals, videos, case studies, etc.
- Support field and sales teams by creating tools (sales decks, visuals, booths, pitches)
- Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, fairs, and industrial events, including logistics, visibility, and post-event follow-ups
Growth & optimization
- Identify growth levers (SEO, automation, nurturing, referral, etc.)
- Set up and track optimization tests (A/B testing, landing pages, CTAs)
- Own performance data (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) to adjust actions
Tech, AI & tools
- Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up content creation and performance analysis
- Automate campaigns and workflows (HubSpot, Zapier, PhantomBuster, etc.)
- Work closely with sales and product teams to improve the conversion funnel
Profile we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech marketing
- Strong understanding of technical topics and ability to simplify them for marketing
- Experience in managing marketing projects and coordinating across teams
- Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO/SEA
- Solid understanding of growth marketing and automation mechanics
- Strong interest in applied AI for marketing (generative AI, predictive scoring, dynamic personalization)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills (French and English)
- Curious, rigorous, and eager to experiment in an innovative environment

With the HR Manager → Discussion about your background, tech curiosity, and alignment with our values.
2) Marketing & growth interview (1 hour)
With Alexandre, Marketing Lead → Deep dive into your experience, your performance approach, and a practical case: designing an action plan or mini-campaign based on a real scenario.
