Your responsibilities

Talent acquisition

Position priority

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that is aligned with business growth
  • Identify and source key profiles for technical and corporate positions
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for full-time and interns: analysis of needs, posting, sourcing, interviews, references, offers
  • Represent the company to candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience
  • Manage intern recruitment campaigns at each session
  • Collaborate closely with management to understand and anticipate future needs

HR operations

Operational support

  • Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, employee files
  • Participate in the logistical organization of the integration of new employees
  • Keep HR files up to date (internal tools, procedures, administrative follow-ups)
  • Support administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding)

This position does not include disciplinary management, mediation, or HR governance.

Management support
  • Punctual coordination of agendas, meetings, internal events
  • Production and formatting of operational documents
  • Management of simple internal communications (logistical and organizational)

Profile wanted

Experience and skills
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition specialized in Industry 4.0 or in SaaS environments
  • Rigor and strong skills in organization, prioritization and autonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several hires simultaneously, including technical profiles
  • Very good command of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bilingual French/English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly integrate AI tools into work methods and tools
Assets
  • Knowledge of subsidy programs related to employment and training
  • Strong interest in organizational development, employer branding and modern HR management tools
  • Passion for innovation and the exploration of new ideas, helping to stimulate a culture of creativity and excellence in approaching candidates
